Membership Refund Policy

Refund Policy

At SSPI, we are committed to ensuring a fair and transparent refund process for our members and event attendees. Please review our refund policies detailed below:

Duplicate Payments:

We will issue full refunds for any duplicate payments made to us. Proof of duplicate payment will be required to process the refund.
Membership Dues:

Annual Membership Dues: Refunds can be requested within 30 days of payment. We will issue prorated refunds based on the number of days remaining in the membership term. Requests made after 30 days of payment will not be eligible for a refund.

Quarterly Membership Dues: Quarterly dues are non-refundable, except in the case of duplicate payments.
